Millview is a modern holiday cottage  contemporary décor and high quality design. Relax on the comfy sofas in the sitting room after a day out exploring the Cairngorms. On chilly evenings you can light a cosy fire and on warm summer days you can open the double French doors to the patio area.

There’s a fully-equipped kitchen with integrated fittings so you can prepare delicious meals from local ingredients you can buy from farm shops in the area. There’s also a comfortable seating area and dining table.

A utility room contains a washer/dryer and a microwave, and you can also access the garage without having to go outside.

Three bedrooms:

• 2 x king-size doubles (one with en-suite shower room, one with en-suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC)
• 1 x twin with en-suite shower, basin and WC

Outside

Make the most of warm, sunny days in the enclosed garden which overlooks farmland and the Cairngorm mountains. There’s a lawn and patio area and you can fire up the BBQ too. Keep your eyes peeled for deer, hares and ospreys which are often seen from the garden.

Cyclists can lock their bikes in a garage and there is off-road parking for 3 cars.

Location of Millview

Millview holiday cottage is in the hamlet of Street of Kincardin which is about 1 mile from the village of Boat of Garten. It makes a great base for exploring the Cairngorms National Park. You are within easy reach of the famous RSPB Osprey Reserve, Strathspey Steam Railway. You also have easy access to shops, restaurants, a golf course and tennis club.

In Aviemore you can go skiing in the winter.  There is plenty of opportunity to go walking, cycling or  climbing in the stunning surroundings.
