Within 1.8 miles, you will find a shop, and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. During the summer, you can visit the Highland Folk Museum, located only 2 miles from Kingussie, and see demonstrations of traditional crafts being done in the’streets’ of the museum’s mock-village grounds. Located only 12 miles south of Aviemore, it rivals the Lecht as a popular winter destination for skiers and snowboarders of all skill levels. Travel to Dalwhinnie, Scotland’s highest distillery, to learn about the process of manufacturing whisky (and buy a bottle), or check out the Highland Wildlife Park to see wolves in their natural habitat and a wide variety of Highland animals up close.
